Welcome to Fieldswell Studios. We're honored to be part of bringing your story, brand, and ideas to life.
These Studio Terms & Conditions are intended to ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for everyone. By booking a session or submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Payment is due prior to the delivery of edited content and final files unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted forms of payment include credit card, Zelle, Venmo, and other approved payment methods.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these Studio Terms & Conditions.
If you need to reschedule your session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the scheduled session.
If Fieldswell must reschedule due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we will gladly work with you to find the next available date.
Your reserved session includes the recording time outlined in your invoice or proposal.
If additional recording time is requested and studio availability permits, additional time will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
Your session includes the services outlined in your invoice or proposal.
Additional recording time, editing, revisions, deliverables, or services requested beyond the original scope may be billed separately.
Our standard turnaround time for edited content is approximately 7–10 business days, unless otherwise communicated.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on project scope, production schedules, or holidays.
One round of reasonable minor revisions is included with edited deliverables.
Additional revisions or requests that substantially alter the original edit may incur additional editing fees.
Unless specifically included in your invoice or proposal, raw audio and video files are not included with your session.
If requested, raw footage may be sent separately, subject to availability.
Fieldswell retains ownership of all raw footage, editing project files, production templates, workflows, and other production assets.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final edited content delivered as part of your project and may use it for personal or commercial purposes.
We love celebrating the incredible people who create with us.
Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to your session, Fieldswell may use brief excerpts, photographs, or behind-the-scenes content from your session for portfolio, website, marketing materials, and social media.
If your project is confidential or you would prefer your content remain private, simply let us know before your session. We are always happy to honor those requests.
Please review all delivered content promptly upon receipt.
Any editing concerns should be communicated within 14 days of delivery.
While every effort is made to provide exceptional production quality and service, Fieldswell's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
Fieldswell is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related losses arising from the use of your content, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost opportunities, platform performance, or marketing outcomes.
Fieldswell provides creative production, podcast production, strategy, and coaching services designed to help clients communicate their message effectively.
Because every individual, brand, and business is unique, Fieldswell does not guarantee specific results, including audience growth, media exposure, social media performance, sales, bookings, or revenue.
